What does your social media management include?
We handle your content planning, captions, posting, scheduling, basic engagement and performance tracking. Every post aligns with your brand message and overall strategy—no random, off-brand content just to “stay active.”

Do you create content for me, or do I need to provide it?
You can do either. If you already have photos or videos, we’ll use them. If not, we can create content for you through branded templates, UGC-style clips, voiceovers or visuals that support your brand personality.

What platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You choose the platforms you want to focus on based on your goals and capacity.

Do you respond to comments and DMs?
We provide light engagement, which includes responding to comments and interacting with your audience on the feed. DM management is available as an add-on if you need deeper inbox support.

How many posts per week are included?
Your posting frequency depends on the package you choose. Most clients fall between 3–5 posts per week, which keeps you visible without overwhelming your audience—or you.

Do you offer Reels or video content?
Yes. We can create Reels using your existing clips or provide script ideas so you can record simple videos. We also create motion graphics and AI-enhanced content when needed.

What’s NOT included in social media management?
Paid ads, crisis management, customer service responses and unlimited revisions. Social media management is execution—not 24/7 brand babysitting. If you need ads or funnel setup, those are separate services.

Do you track analytics and measure performance?
Absolutely. Each month, you’ll receive a performance breakdown showing growth, reach, engagement, content trends and what’s working. We adjust the strategy accordingly.

Do I need a Brand Rehab before management?
If your brand messaging, offers or content pillars are unclear → yes. We don’t manage chaos. We manage strategy. If you already have a strong foundation, we can start management right away.

What’s the commitment?
Social media management works best with consistency, so we require a minimum 3-month commitment. It gives your brand time to grow, adjust and build momentum.

How do we communicate during the month?
You’ll get structured check-ins, a shared content folder or dashboard and clear communication boundaries so you’re supported—but neither of us is glued to our phones.
